Spicy Dumpling Salsa
This recipe is inspired by @calvindumplings, Spicy Dumpling Salsa, ours is probably a little less hot. We recommend a pint container or mason jar to store it in.
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Green Onion
- 1 Knob Ginger (2 Tbsp)
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1-4 Thai Bird Chili's
- 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
- Slice the Green Onion as thick or thin as you would like and add to your mason jar.
- Slice your Chilis about the same thickness as the Green Onion. Feel free to adjust to your spice level.
- Microplane the Garlic and Ginger directly into the jar.
- Add your Liquid ingredients and give it a good shake.
Keep in mind that after about a day or two the salsa loses its initial crunch.
